UPDATE PRE ECOM LAUNCH: Shipping & Returns
We will deliver any Products sold to you to the address stated in your order (“Designated Address”), so long as such address is complete and a valid shipping address in New Zealand and within our delivery areas. You acknowledge that we do not deliver Products purchased from our website to some areas in New Zealand and territories outside of New Zealand, such as Chatham Islands and Great Barrier.
We may (at our discretion) deliver Products to an outside area of the Designated Address, such as your front door, or any particular outside area specified by you, or if your Designated Address is a multi-level building, to the ground floor of such building.
We shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery of the Products at the Designated Address is authorised to do so on your behalf.
If we have given you a time for delivery of the Products (or any part of them), such time is approximate only and is not deemed to be of the essence. We will aim to deliver Products within the delivery window specified to you, but such timeframe is an estimate only and we do not guarantee that Products will be delivered by a certain date. We will not be liable for failing to deliver the Product within any timeframe requested by you or the estimated time specified at the time of your order.
You may only return Products purchased on this website in accordance with this Policy. Please select Products carefully as we will not give a refund because you have simply changed your mind about a Product. Due to health, safety and hygiene reasons, our ability to re-sell any returned Product is limited so we will not accept the return of any Product unless you have proven to our reasonable satisfaction that the Product is faulty, defective, or otherwise received by you in damaged or unacceptable condition.
You must notify us if you are unhappy with any purchased Product, and provide us with details of your claim and a receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase approved by us. You should promptly check Products once they have been delivered to you as we will not accept any claims by you unless they are notified to us within 14 days of the date of delivery of the Products, time being of the essence (except in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion).
